Hi, I’m Jasmine, the owner and baker behind White Flower Bakery. This bakery is a faith based started from a simple but deep need—I couldn’t find authentic sourdough bread anywhere nearby. Local bakeries and grocery stores just didn’t have what I was craving, so I decided to fill that gap myself. What began as a personal passion quickly grew into a mission to bring genuine, handcrafted sourdough to bless our community.
At White Flower, every loaf is made with care, time, and respect for traditional sourdough methods. It’s not just about baking bread—it’s about creating something that nourishes and connects.
Over the years, we’ve been recognized for our commitment to quality and authenticity, but what means the most to me are the smiles on our customers’ faces when they take that first bite.
